GOFORMZ, INC., ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY
This Acceptable Use Policy (the "Policy") describes prohibited uses of the software and web services offered by GoFormz, Inc., and its affiliates (the "Services") and the website located at https://www.goformz.com and any successor, child, or related site designed by GoFormz (the "Site"). GoFormz may modify this Policy at any time by posting a revised version on the Site. By using the Services or accessing the Site, you agree to abide by the terms of the latest version of this Policy. If you violate this Policy, or authorize or assist in the violation of this Policy by others, we may suspend or terminate your use of the Services in our sole discretion.

1 No Illegal Use. 1.5 Content or data that may damage, interfere with, surreptitiously intercept, or expropriate any system, program, or data, including any type of malware.
2 No Messaging Abuse. You will not distribute, publish, send, or facilitate the sending of mass unsolicited messages, promotions, advertising, or other solicitations. You will not assume a sender's identity without the sender's explicit permission.
3 No Unauthorized Use. You may not access or use the Site or Services without, or in excess of, your authorized use.
4 Monitoring. GoFormz reserves the right, but does not assume the obligation, to investigate any violation or reported violation of this Policy or any other misuse (or reported misuse) of the Site or Services. This includes the right to conduct investigations of such or removing access or modifying any content or resource that violates this Policy. GoFormz may report any activity that it suspects violates any law or regulation to appropriate law enforcement officials, regulators, or other appropriate third parties, and such reporting may include disclosing appropriate customer information. GoFormz may also cooperate with appropriate law enforcement agencies, regulators, or other appropriate third parties to help with the investigation and prosecution of illegal conduct.
