GoFormz is a San Diego-based startup leading the mobile data capture industry. We empower businesses to replace paper forms with web and mobile-based digital forms that provide global access to the collected data. We are currently looking for a proactive and proven Customer Education Specialist to add to our growing team.
As a Customer Education Specialist, you will have the opportunity to support the success of our SMB customers. Your main responsibility will be to lead the development of our customer education program. Your success in this role will be measured by delivering a high-quality customer education program and retention in the SMB Market.
The Details:
- Create and deliver high-quality training in a variety of mediums including virtual webinars
- A strong understanding of the GoFormz platform to articulate our value proposition to users of our platform
- Deliver customized user training that is accessible and understandable to a wide variety of audiences to drive product adoption and engagement within the platform
- Help develop ways to track and measure the effectiveness of training (attendance, feedback, etc), including post-training usage metrics
- Create and Maintain Vitally Playbooks and Dashboards for SMB Market
- Develop easily digestible and creative educational videos, audio, and other similar materials to ensure engaging learning experiences for GoFormz customers
- Build and grow the GoFormz Learning Management System accelerating product adoption by scalable and easy-to-use customer learning experiences.
- Work with cross-functional counterparts in Support, Product, Account Management, and Professional Services to evolve, scale, and improve our customer’s experience
- Build educational Product Walk-Throughs for customers
The Requirements:
- Previous experience with Customer Education content development from scratch
- Excellent communication skills (written, oral, and presentation)
- Experience running Client Facing Webinars
- A proven track of building cross-functional partnership and alignment
- Ability to quickly learn complex systems and transfer that knowledge into documentation and content
- Experience in building online programs that had a measurable positive impact on behavior and KPIs
- Previous experience with Vitally and Intercom
- Previous experience with Clickup
- Previous experience with webinar software like GoTo Meeting
- Ability to create educational videos with appropriate software from start to finish, including maintenance to account for ongoing changes.
- Previous Experience creating Internal knowledge base for Customer Success teams
- Location preferences: San Diego, San Francisco, Austin, Boise, and Atlanta
