GoFormz is a San Diego-based startup leading the mobile data capture industry. We empower businesses to replace paper forms with web and mobile-based digital forms that provide global access to the collected data. We are currently looking for a proactive and proven Sr. Demand Generation Manager to add to our growing team.
As Sr. Demand Generation Manager, you will be responsible for all aspects of marketing that generate sales pipeline and self-serve / PLG revenue. You will effectively be a bridge between the sales and marketing teams to ensure a seamless, timely transfer of qualified, nurtured leads to sales and to optimize the conversion rates of our inbound funnel’s flow of free trial signups (new accounts and expansion revenue). You understand the nuances of each market segment and align your resources and outreach motion (inbound/outbound) to best support those nuances.
Define and drive the execution of our Demand Generation strategies, including B2B Enterprise pipeline development programs, account-based marketing campaigns, PLG, web, email, paid advertising, DM, webinars, etc.
Build, own and execute the quarterly campaign plan which will deliver on the pipeline targets at each stage of our funnel(s)
Instrument programs to drive more conversions from our PLG self-service users.
Develop paid media strategies and work with the performance marketing team to activate and measure program effectiveness, and to drive more high-quality leads into the top of the PLG funnel
Reliably forecast and report on our planned and actual pipeline creation, maturation, and pacing to goal. Measure and report on the effectiveness of demand creation activities, opportunity conversions, and sales cycle lengths
Align closely with the SDR leader and SDR teams to enable them on every campaign your team executes to make sure every customer touchpoint is impactful, efficient, and effective. Using data and feedback, iterate often to optimize your campaigns to maximize demand program effectiveness and overall revenue attainment
Establish and refine processes for attribution, lead scoring, nurturing, campaign performance, and standard reporting
Build a streamlined process across the marketing and sales technology stack - the funnel velocity is critical in our business
Work closely with the web development & creative team to ensure consistency of our brand across all customer touch points
6+ years experience in marketing with at least 3 years focussed specifically on product led growth, B2B demand generation, and campaign management
Expert level Marketo knowledge is a hard requirement
You’ve set up and optimized a high performing PLG program - you’re a passionate growth marketer
Experience building and scaling programs across various marketing channels simultaneously to multiple verticals and customer segments
You have a proven track record of experimenting with and implementing demand generation strategies that have a measurable impact on early and late-stage sales pipeline
You have a deep understanding of digital marketing, marketing automation, and email marketing tactics in addition to experience planning and executing account-based marketing campaigns
You have a firm knowledge of Ideal Customer Profiles and personas development
